Order Processing Time

Upon placing your order, our team begins the process of customizing your unique product. This typically takes between 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is completed and ready for shipment.

Shipping Times and Rates

Shipping times and rates vary based on location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Domestic Shipping (United States)

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

  • International Shipping

    • Standard International Shipping: 10-20 business days (varies by destination)
    • Expedited International Shipping: 5-10 business days

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the product(s), as well as the selected shipping method.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment online. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. These are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of your shipment. CustomUBliss is not liable for any customs duties or taxes imposed.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at support@customubliss.com within 7 days of receipt. We will work diligently to resolve the issue, either by replacing the item or providing a refund.
